oh my god

alice (this turned into a pre-hope county trivia thing)

her aunt was diana – she died just before alice graduated high school, and worked as a personal assistant to a politician in the city.

her aunt is why she’s so interested in politics – diana encouraged her to always be involved and know what was going on in the world

one of her favorite memories of her old friend group (before the big falling out) was going down to SDCC before it got ridiculously huge.

elizabeth:

she fell in love with riding horses right after she was found by her family – it was how they helped integrate her into the family and get her used to them

she really hates john lmao – he’s the only one of the seeds she has such an absolute hatred for. he’s been threatening her horses and her ranch for years, pretty much since she moved to hope county. she may grudgingly help the cult, but as soon as the war starts, she turns sides and helps the resistance. 

elizabeth’s family is into some very shady business – it’s part of the reason she moved to hope county, to get away from it.

stella:

she thinks it’s hilarious how terrified pratt is of her chickens

her cousin works with alice, and is one of the cult sympathizers in the department. she hates him.

she took up woodcarving shortly before the helicopter crash – eventually, she takes up chainsaw carving

by the time of the wedding fic, she’s in a ~thing with eli

her kids live with their dad during the war – erin spends most of her time at the county jail, and she knows its safer in fall’s end

erin loves painting! she’s turned the sun porch of her cottage into a painting studio

I mentioned this somewhere a few days ago but – Alice is absolutely one of those Assassins Creed cosplayers that can do all the awesome parkour stuff and she loves it (her brother hates it, he has horrible upper-body strength)

not really a fact but? mary may absolutely says this to alice at one point when she comes to the bar covered in blood one day:

“All that blood looks good on you. It brings out your eyes.“

before the war began, staci spent a lot of time at elizabeth’s ranch – they weren’t romantic or anything, they just share a love of horses, and he was more than happy to muck stalls in return for time with the horses. elizabeth is happy with that because she hates mucking stalls lol – she’s mostly got her back pain under control, but sometimes it’s just too much.

she was friends with jess before her family died – they bonded over having shitty families and liking archery. she was heartbroken when she found out what happened to the black family, and tells jess that she’s always welcome to crash at her farm.

50 for alice/elizabeth/stella?

50. If your character was presented with imminent and unavoidable death/fatality, how would they react? Would they try to avoid death anyways? Would they try to make their last days count? 

Alice: She’d be in denial at first, and then she’d do whatever she could to try and avoid it. She definitely would reach out to family and friends and just say something to them, but a lot of time would be spent trying to figure out a way to not die.

Elizabeth: She’d cry. A lot. Once she had accepted it, she’d try to enjoy her last days as much as she could.

Stella: She’d say fuck it and probably get blackout drunk and maybe go blow shit up with Sharky – she’s not his biggest fan, but, hey, there’s no consequences if you’re gonna die.

Alice – Even though her hair is pink…. It’s blue.

Stella – Mint green! Nobody believes her, though.

Alice – During the events of the game, definitely “Chosen One” by Valley of Wolves

Stella – Not a theme, but the first song I thought of was “Don’t Threaten Me With A Good Time” by Panic! At the Disco

Erin – More of the spirit of the lyrics than the actual lyrics, buuuut “High Hopes” by Panic! At The Disco :3

Elizabeth – It’s not really a theme, but “The Merry-Go-Round of Life”

16. What does your OC smell like?

Alice – Vanilla, with a touch of rose.

Stella – The woods.

Erin – Leather and oil paints.

Elizabeth – Horses, most of the time, but her preferred scent is magnolias.

Witch – If they could cast one spell, what would it do?

Alice – For a silly one relevant to what I’m writing now: she’d cast a spell that automatically plowed the snow on the road in front of her car when she was driving. For a less-silly one… She’d give herself the ability to teleport, probably. If that counts as one spell.

Elizabeth – She’d make it so all the stalls in her barn were automatically mucked lol. She loves her horses, but that doesn’t mean she enjoys dealing with everything else in the stalls.

Ghost – If they died, who would they playfully haunt?

Alice – She’d 10000% haunt Sharky or Staci lol
Elizabeth – Probably her brother! For someone in Hope County, also Sharky.

Candy – If they got to choose to be any supernatural being, what would they choose?

Alice – A witch!
Elizabeth – Part of her says a fairy (Tinkerbell-style), part of her says a dragon.

okay so; some things about elizabeth! depressing things. but… things.

when she was a toddler, she was kidnapped, along with her sister, noah. their parents found them when she was ten and noah eleven. she doesn’t remember much of that time – she knows things, like they floated around a lot, never staying in one place, often living on the streets, or that the two of them never went to school – but overall, she’s blocked most of it from her memory.

noah died when the house that they were staying in while waiting for their parents to get to the city they were in exploded. elizabeth made it out – the social worker and noah didn’t. she only has one picture of noah, and it’s something that she treasures.

her parents were extremely protective of her after they got her back – she was home-schooled, and didn’t get out much until college.

for a not depressing thing; she was on her college equestrian team. she could have been the best – but she didn’t like being the absolute center of attention, so she held back quite a bit, until her fall.

she wanted to be a professional jockey – she worked at her college’s equestrian center, despite her parents saying she didn’t need to work, they had plenty of money, her allowance was more than enough, but she liked it. she liked hearing stories from the retired jockeys and the trainers while she was cleaning or exercising the horses.

her fall happened when she was at home for her summer break, riding with her parents – she misjudged a jump. after she healed, she kept working with horses, but her dreams of being a professional jockey were done (she could have – but she’s afraid of another fall, one that could permanently paralyze her). she switched to a business degree, and helped with her family business before buying her ranch in hope county. it’s not the most profitable business, but when there were still tourists, she would lead tours through the county on a regular basis.
