🎃 carved pumpkins: what holidays (popular or pagan) are you celebrating this fall?

halloween! i’m getting ready for thanksgiving and planning my christmas shit too. i don’t do the religious aspects of christmas (this year might be the first year i don’t go to church for it? depending on how much i want to piss off my cousin lmao) but i love seeing my little cousins and how excited they get when they unwrap my presents

❄ chilly air: are you a warm weather or cold weather person?

both….? i’m used to cold weather, sleep best in the cold, and i love being a burrito, but i also really want to move the fuck out of michigan so i don’t have to deal with it being this cold and snowy

001:

  • when i started shipping it: i had been throwing around the thought before, but it wasn’t till i misheard one of faith’s lines and started writing “you’ll always belong to me”
  • my thoughs: ;adlskjf i love them so much they’re my precious babies
  • what makes me happy about them: they’re so supportive of each other, but they also know that the other one is going to do what they’re going to do – they aren’t in the relationship to change the other person, they love them for who they are.
  • what makes me sad about them: realistically, there’s no way they won’t have to go through a huge amount of pain to be together – between the final fight, and then alice trying to get faith to be accepted (or at least tolerated), it’s going to be rough
  • things done in fanfic that annoy me: uh – me and @elusetta are the only ones who have written them so there’s nothing really lol
  • who i’d be comfortable with them ending up with, if not each other: alice was with jess before, but i’m not sure about faith
  • my happily ever after for them: faith and alice reopen the mechanic’s shop, faith opens a florists that also works out of alice’s shop, they’re happy, they’re together, alice’s friends accept faith (not necessarily forgive, since she’s done horrible things – but accept the fact that the two are together and nothing will change that), they might adopt a few kids, definitely more animals… it’s really super domestic lol
  • who is the big spoon/little spoon: they take turns! usually ends up with faith as the big spoon and alice as the little though, just because alice is smol
  • what is their favorite non-sexual activity: curling up together – on the couch, on the bed, outside somewhere – somewhere they can be close

Not really? The most I could say is Alice’s awkwardness is my awkwardness while I was writing it.

Uh…. finishing it? lol. Honestly, figuring out what I meant in that one line of dialogue from another fic that got into my head was so nice.

lmao i always cheat with this one – roses! mostly because it’s my name lol. Real flowers give me a headache (never put lilies near me, they’re the worst) so I think pretty much all flowers are pretty, but roses are the least offensive smell

9. During a thunderstorm how do they react? Is one scared? Do they both love it? Do they take pictures? ECT.

I don’t think either would be scared – Alice would be startled at the first burst of thunder, but eventually she would grow to love them. Faith doesn’t mind them either, particularly after beginning her relationship with Alice – the two end up spending a lot of time curled up together watching storms.

10. Who would looking lovingly at their partner and call them ‘idiot’?

Faith – Alice is her idiot lmao

12. Who is more likely to make a mess in the kitchen?

A l i c e. 100%. It drives Faith insane.

15. Who causes the tomfoolery and who has to try and stop the tomfoolery?

Alice causes a lot of tomfoolery lol. Faith tries to stop it sometimes, but sometimes she knows there’s nothing she can do (except maybe call Mary May)

alice loves horrible jokes. absolutely loves them. faith will either just deadpan stare at her, or if it’s really bad, lovingly stare because that’s her dork

oh god uh – i’m cheating here lmao. like the one from the parent trap!!!

4. It’s time to name their pet they adopted together, who gets to name it? How do they come to this decision?

they would take turns naming pets, but they would both make sure the other was okay with the name

6. Who wakes the other up in the morning? How do they wake them up?

Faith usually wakes Alice up (if she dares). Coffee will usually be involved, or freshly made waffles/bacon, or, if Alice has to be up and Faith knows she won’t want to be, both of the cats will be brought to the bed.

Alice makes bad jokes all the time, particularly when she’s nervous – Faith is always worried when the bad jokes stop, because that means Alice is freaking out

3. cries when they get drunk, and which one has a 50% chance of getting arrested?

Faith’s the crier, and Alice is more likely to get in a fight if she’s not sad-drinking

5. kicks the other in their sleep, and which one kicks back while fully awake?

;akdsjf Alice kicks Faith all the time, and Faith has no qualms about kicking or poking her (or even worse: tugging the blanket away)

9. yells at rom-com characters to, “stop being so stupid and just talk,” and which one spends most of the movie watching the other fondly?

Alice. She’s not a fan of romcoms, so she spends the entire movie making fun of the characters lol. Faith is split between watching Alice and trying to get her to shut up so she can watch the damn movie.

2. gets cranky without coffee, and which one knows this and brings them a cup in the morning?

alice – faith usually wakes up earlier, and she’ll always remember to turn on the coffee pot beforehand. (assuming a coffee pot and coffee is available)

4. forgets what they were talking about when the other smiles at them?

lol they both do – it happens more with alice, though.

7. secretly wears the other’s oversized sweaters, and which one secretly leaves their sweaters lying out for the other to wear?

faith wears alice’s sweaters – alice had a bunch of her dad’s that she found in the attic, and now they both end up wearing them around the house.

11. gets way too competitive playing games, and which one finds their rage and bloodlust adorable? 

lmao. alice. 100%. faith isn’t a fan of video games, really, but she think’s watching alice be horrible at them is super fun.
